The technological means may have changed. But as I have learned halfway through my roadtrip this weekend, the desire to take people with me as I cross the countryside remains an ever-present calling.

Lolz.
I can't wait!
Cagayan's my dad's home-province. And the town he hails from is THE northernmost town of Luzon. At it's tip, facing the South China Sea, I have fond memories of welcoming the almost 2-storey-high waves there. And staying at our family's 200-year old ancestral home, complete with capiz windows, and devoid of any nail whatsoever. Glad you enjoyed the trip. :)
