After slipping into my skin tight jeans, I left the room, went down the stairs and off to the sala to hug my mom. She was stealing a nap on the sofa. The next time I find her there, baby Lenin is on her arms again while her thoughts are glued to Mara and Clara.
By then, I would look at them like an outsider, and wordlessly, climb the stairs to get my much-needed nap.
