Imagine a world led by Sarah Palin.

Neocon Republicans will be vindicated. The conservatives will plunge the United States into a new era of Dark Age. Christian Fundamentalism will suppress the right of everyone to exercise their faith other than the way of the Bible and tolerance will be but a thing of the past. Creationism will be taught alongside with Darwinian Theory of Evolution and Stem Cell Research will be perfected not in the most progressive nation in the world, but on some third-party country like China or perhaps, even Iran.

Big corporations will have a free reign in dictating on the economy. Outsourcing will continue to drain Americans with sources of income, leaving them much poorer than with the previous administration that lead them to their deaths. The environment will be greatly sacrificed in the name of progress - like what she did in Alaska and the achievements of Al Gore and his call to heed the threats of Global Warming will be declared a fabrication.

Violence will rule the streets, after everyone has been allowed to bear arms. "Let them kill themselves," the former Vice-President would say to herself after the President, John McCain suddenly expired after delivering his first State of the Nation Address last 2009. Terrorism still hounds the Hawks of Pentagon, as unilateralism continues to destroy the prestige of America around the world.

Russia, China and the new "Socialist Democracies" in South America headed by Venezuela will take advantage of the situation by calling for a new world order. The European Union will forge closer ties among themselves after realizing that their nations are far better without the United States watching their every move. Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq will revert back to an Islamic State after the jihadists reclaim each respective governments.

Iran and Syria will continue to harass Israel through propaganda warfare while a large swath of Africa goes down the drain with each nation killing one another in an orchestrated genocide that would leave the hyenas and the baboons ruling a part of that continent.

As chaos and confusion slowly grind civilization to a halt, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo will still hold power here. Being a woman long disowned by her people and who was able to extend her power through unholy alliances with the most corrupt in the land, she will closely empathize with the first Woman President of the United States, who unfortunately, will be the reason for her mighty country to beg on its knees in the future.

I know that this is a product of my wildly deranged imagination.

But who knows.
