How Do You Spell Gluttony

Like this amigo!



Two cups of rice
One bowl of steaming Menudo with raisins
One fried egg, sunny side up
Two pieces of Rebisco Soda Crackers dipped in Lily's Peanut Butter
One bag of Ridges Potato Chips (Cheddar Flavor)
One bottle of Lipton Iced Tea you snatched from your mommy while eating her dinner in front of the TV.





You have gobbled everything in just one seating.

And then you ask why your weight jumped from 163 to 166 pounds in just two days eh? Wait till you mount the weighting scale tomorrow. The increase will throw you into a state of panic and force you to follow a more extreme form of diet practice you will abandon eventually.

Shape up and learn. You do not have the right to pig out even when claiming having apple and cinnamon flavored oatmeal as your sustenance for the rest of the day.







Note: It was all but a false alarm. Checking myself on the weighting scale earlier, my weight dropped two pounds from my last count. It must have been the pressure to come up with an essay for Dalisay's class on Friday.

nothing wrong with indulging yourself to some delicious food every once in awhile.

But I accumulate fat easily. Working out is not effective without the strict diet.

Mabagal ang metabolism...kaya dapat nguyain ng mabuti ang kinakain, dagdagan ang warm drinks in between meals and increase ang intake ng mga sumusunod...

foods with negative calories like celery, avocado and watermelon, almonds, fish, dark chocolate (the ultra bitter type), baked potatoes, soy milk, grains/oatmeal, banana and most of all...green tea

(im now down to 145 lbs at hindi pa ako naggy-gym o exercise)

no workout ako since Sept pa. and will stay this way till new year na. sayang yung lamon sa Christmas.

i really envy people who are conscious of their weight. ako, i mind that i'm getting fat but not enough to really do anything about it.

There's a huge difference between doing diets and doing diets with work out. Pag nag-didiet ka lang, flabby pa rin katawan mo, madalas bilugan. Kung hindi man meron mga baby fats.

Pero kapag batak ka sa buhat, dun lang nagkakaroon ng korte katawan mo.

Paano ako hindi magiging conscious eh tatlong beses ako kung magbuhat sa gym. Sayang naman yung parusa sa katawan kung walang patutunguhan no. Hehehe.

gusto kong maniwala na ginawa akong pang batang-somalia na may kakambal na kabagala sa pagiging slow sa comprehension kaya siguro ako nung nagtawag ng 'fall in' kala ko pwede akong pang batang-negros. kaya heto 3 straight full meals in a week's time (walang meryenda ha) at daig ko pang bola na tatalbog-talbog sa kalsada hehehe...

Kapag ginawa ko yan, kelangan ko ng dalawang linggo para makuha ulit yung dati kong piiiguuuure. Lolz.

Gluttony, strictly speaking, is eating too much and in the end wasting the food by throwing it up. You just ate too much. It's not gluttony. It's being indulgent, or overeating... a gorger (gorgeous one at that!) Hehe

gamitin mo na lang yung guilt as motivation to push the limits further. turn the negative into positive, parang ganun, haha.

I read somewhere that this buff guy's key to maintaining a toned body is to have one day a week to cheat. It's like his reward for being a disciplined man for the rest of the week.

And even God took a break. :)

But if you're conscious of your weight on a daily basis, then at least you're disciplined. :)
